The Home is managed by a highly experienced Staff many of whom have been with us for over ten years. Weatherstones House Care Ltd as a company is committed to Staff training and improvement. We have a very active NVQ training participation. All Cooks have food hygiene certificates. Senior staff have fire prevention Training at the local fire Brigade Station. Many staff have benefitted from specially dsigned resident management courses at Burton Manor College
